A Conversation with Parasharum
Our editor enjoyed a delightful evening of fine dining at the InterContinental Resort Sanctuary Cove.
Vintage Louis Roederer champagnes … a sumptuous five-course degustation menu … the dulcet tones of entertainer Rhydian Lewis … all in the intimate surrounding of The Fireplace restaurant … this was an evening to be savoured.
Special guest, author and connoisseur Tyson Stelzer, led guests on a journey through the Champagne region of France, while Executive Sous Chef Parasharum Pathak and his team created magic in the open kitchen.
