Our editor Clare and Cove Travel’s Manager Susan, recently spent a day on board the luxurious Oceania cruise ship Marina. They were given a tour of the cabins and decks, followed by lunch at one of the restaurants on board. Clare and Susan were impressed by the understated elegance of the ship and the warm and professional attendance they received.

Our editor and business manager enjoyed a beautiful evening at Vanitas, Palazzo Versace’s signature restaurant. Seated by the window overlooking the sparkling pool, Rhonda and Yvonne enjoyed the sumptuous degustation menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine, James Fiske.
Recently joining the team at Palazzo Versace, James has added his signature style of modern techniques and theatrical dining to the role, developing a fresh menu which focuses on seasonal, local produce.
